Lincolnshire Garden Wedding

As a Lincolnshire wedding photographer, I get to shoot lots of outdoor weddings in the gardens of beautiful family homes. When I first met up with Hannah at her parent’s house in South Lincolnshire, I was blown away by the beautiful garden and had all my fingers crossed that the Spring Bank Holiday would be kind to us with some good weather. We weren’t disappointed! 2018 was the year when pretty much all the long weekends were blessed with beautiful sunshine, and Hannah and Dave’s wedding was a real highlight.

The flowers, provided by The Botanical Flower Studio, were a real feature of this stunning Spring wedding. With a big blooms and gigantic succulents suspended above tables in the marquee, this was definitely one of the most creative floral displays I’ve seen at a UK wedding. Hannah and Dave wanted their photography to be very relaxed and documentary in nature, and didn’t want to spend hours on couple shots or group photos. So, we just took a few shots like these for posterity when the light was good and enjoyed the natural flow of things for the majority of the day. I love it when I have creative freedom like this and can get really stuck into the natural moments as and when they happen.
