Hi, I’m Georgi

I’m a Stamford wedding photographer with a real love for documenting weddings in a natural and creative way. I mostly photograph weddings in Rutland, Stamford and around the East Midlands.

My photography style could best be described a mixture of documentary and editorial, meaning that I love photos which are authentic and unscripted but also value a clean, crisp aesthetic.

I like to get to know you as a couple, and find out which aspects of the day are most important to you so I can give you meaningful, heart-felt pictures. I want to capture you in a way that shows who you are, no tedious poses.

My story as a wedding photographer began back in 2011 when I set up my own business alongside my day job as a press photographer. The following year I went full time and haven’t looked back since.

With 350 weddings under my belt and years of experience working with diverse people, lighting, locations and weather, I’m confident I can deliver great results in any situation.

If you asked me to sum up how I approach a wedding, I’d say it’s all in the attention to detail. And no, I don’t just mean the physical details, I mean personal, meaningful details too. I have a great memory for what’s important to you and won’t rest until I know I’ve captured it all.

Another thing I pride myself on is looking beyond the obvious at weddings, and will always spot an opportunity to photograph something from a unique point of view or play with interesting pockets of light.

I’m also very in tune with knowing when it’s time to get involved and when it’s time to step away and let things happen naturally.

My signature edit style is clean and crisp, avoiding heavy filters and artificial elements. I want your photos to feel as fresh and authentic in twenty years as they do today. If you like a black and white aesthetic just let me know so I can offer extra variations.

I treasure my own family photos so much and love the idea that you’ll feel the same way about the ones I take for you, for years to come. It’s a genuine honour to be trusted with your memories.
