It’s been such a busy 2016 so far I’ve barely had a moment to blog, but today I’m really pleased to share some images from Sarah and Jonny’s Cripps Barn Wedding in the Cotswolds from earlier this year.
Earlier this Spring Sarah and Jonny’s wedding took me to the wonderful Cripps Barn wedding venue for the first time. I’d heard so much about this venue nestled in the Cotswolds from my photographer friends I couldn’t wait to see it and it certainly lived up to the hype. It really is the perfect setting for a rustic, barn wedding. Sarah and Jonny’s ceremony took place in the old stone barn with stunning flowers hanging from the rafters by Beth Cox and guests spilled out onto the terrace afterwards to soak up some gorgeous May sunshine. Sarah and Jonny have traveled all over the world together which was reflected in their beautiful and thoughtful decorations. I particularly loved their cake! I was joined by second shooter Heather on the day who helped capture lots of natural photos with me, giving Sarah and Jonny complete coverage of their day with around 80 guests. As it was so hot with lots of bright sunshine in the afternoon we did most of Sarah and Jonny’s couple portraits in the evening when the light was softer. The meadow at the back of Cripps Barn really is stunning and I’m so pleased with the photos we got there. Hope you enjoy browsing through some of my favourite shots from the day!
If you’re looking for a Cripps Barn wedding photographer I’d love to hear from you, this venue is definitely one of my new favourite places for wedding photography!

Gemma and John’s vintage-inspired wedding at Shustoke Farm Barns was probably one of the cutest and most perfectly-styled weddings I’ve ever photographed. What a fab start to 2017! I was so excited when I got Gemma and John’s first email way back in 2015. Gemma is an old school friend who I’d not seen in Read More

Krystle and James’ wedding photography at Blake Hall. Blake Hall is one of those venues I’ve been secretly hoping to photograph for years. I’d driven past it so many times and seen tonnes of beautiful photos online – it looked right up my street in so many ways. But since Blake Hall is in Essex Read More

As a wedding photographer in Rutland, I’ve been waiting to shoot a wedding at Barnsdale Gardens for a long time. This venue only hosts a few weddings each year, so I was incredibly pleased when Jodie and Kieran got in touch about their wedding plans for June 2015. Jodie and Kieran wanted their wedding to Read More

The weather was Read More

Kate and Matt’s wedding was fueled by my three favourite things – cake, tea and colour! The day kicked off in Kate and Matt’s home-town of Cheltenham with myself and second shooter Liv covering the boys’ and girls’ morning preparations. The stunning Cheltenham Pump Rooms later set a stunning scene for the wedding ceremony and Read More
